Teaching Nia fitness


After a break for the summer I am starting up my Nia classes again from next week.

My classes are at a new venue – Winshill Neighbourhood Resource Centre – and at a new time: 9.30am-10.30am, and start next Tuesday, 1st October, then every Tues after that.

I’m SO looking forward to getting back to teaching this wonderful and creative form of exercise and movement that tones the body, lifts the spirits, and is fun and free-spirited!
